Waiver of Liability
FS Alpe Adria 2025

All participants (team members and advisors) signing this document agree to follow the
rules published by the organiser “FSAA Association”:
1. All participants (team members, alumni, and faculty advisors) take part in the FS Alpe
Adria 2025 event at their own risk. They alone carry the civil and penal liability for all kinds of
damages caused by them.
2. All participants (members, alumni, and faculty advisors) by signing this document
declare the waiver of claims of any kind for damages, also financial, arising in connection with
their participation in the event, namely against:
● the organisers, track maintenance personnel, track owners;
● other organisations and persons associated with the FS Alpe Adria 2025 event;
● other participants, their assistants, the owners, and registered keepers of the
automobiles.
I also acknowledge the risks involved in motorsport events. These include but are not
limited to; Injuries or death due to driving recklessly; Injuries or death due to incorrect
maintenance or work on cars, accumulators, or other parts; Injuries or death due to
careless behaviour on the event site. I declare that I am participating voluntarily, and that all
risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my
likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.
I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me
verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.
By participating in the event, I acknowledge that the event is filmed and photographed
for promotional reasons (beside standard cameras also a FPV drone). I hereby give my
consent to the organization for the use of images of me or images/footage where I am
visible.
I fully understand and agree by signing this document to the above stated terms and
conditions.
